Swedish Postcard was created to fulfill a class assignment. I wanted to achieve a fun and vibrant postcard that did not depict or say Geneva. Instead, I researched many Swedish traditions, foods, art, and cultural aspects to achieve the idea. I created over 50+ thumbnails and finally landed on this one. It fulfilled the look of art and culture, while maintaining structure and composition. When researching, I found that many of the colors were warmer in nature. Therefore, I used a warmer palette. Additionally, I experimented with blending modes and texture.
